In Crisis?

If you're in crisis or feel like you can't keep yourself safe, please don't wait — reach out for immediate support by calling 988, 911, or going to your nearest emergency room. You deserve support right now. And there are people available right now who want to help through these channels.

In-person or virtual

Individual Sessions

The traditional 50-minute therapy sessions are offered for those looking to engage in therapy at a weekly or bi-weekly pace. This structured approach for meaningful progress and personal growth provides a gentle pacing for EMDR treatment.

For some, a tailored approach is more effective. A slightly longer session might feel more useful or complete, so 90-120 minute sessions can be provided.

Extended Sessions

3-hour EMDR sessions are designed for current clients who have experienced typical 50-minute therapy sessions and seek a more thorough exploration of their issues.

These extended sessions provide the opportunity to delve into complex emotions and memories, allowing for more profound insights and breakthroughs. Included is a journal/workbook that will explain EMDR and help you focus in on your goals, as well as spaces to document the questions you have and experiences post-session.

Intensive Sessions

Intensive sessions consist of a 30 min consultation (via video) to ensure this format is a good fit for you. The Intensive session is a 6-hour format, which includes a 3-hour morning session, a 60-minute break for lunch on your own, and a 3-hour afternoon session.

Also offered are Multi-Day EMDR sessions and convenient 2-Day Weekend Sessions for those who prefer this schedule. Experience transformative healing in a supportive environment tailored to your needs.

Included is a journal/workbook that is filled with information, as well as spaces to explore needs, and document the questions and changes experienced post-session.

If you are coming to me solely for Intensive work, I will work in collaboration with your current therapist so that there is continuity of care.
