Overview
This policy explains what information Transformational Psychotherapy collects through this website, how it is used, and how it is protected. This site does not use a database — nothing you submit through the contact form is stored on this website.
Information You Provide
If you use the contact form, you may share your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the service you're interested in, your session format preference, and any message you write. All fields are optional except where marked required, and you are always free to share only what you're comfortable with.
How Contact Form Information Is Used
Submitting the contact form sends your information directly to Stacey Durkin by email, using a third-party email delivery service (Resend). It is not saved to a database or stored anywhere on this website. Once delivered, the email is kept in Stacey Durkin's inbox like any other email, until it is deleted.
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is never sold, rented, or used for marketing.
Automatically Collected Information
This site does not use analytics or advertising tracking. Like any website, the hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and performance purposes — this is standard web server behavior, not active tracking of visitors.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Third-Party Services
This site uses a small number of third-party services to function:
- Resend — delivers contact form submissions by email. See Resend's own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
- Google Maps — the office location map is only loaded when you choose to open it, and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Security
Reasonable care is taken to protect the information shared through this site. That said, no method of electronic transmission — including email — is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive medical information through the contact form or by email; see the Email & Communication Privacy Notice on the Contact page for guidance on what email and phone are and are not appropriate for.
This website does not claim or represent HIPAA compliance.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the site or the services it uses. The date of the most recent update will be reflected by this page's content.
